Shipping
Items are generally shipped through either USPS or UPS, Monday through Friday. Please allow 3 business days for tracking to be sent to you via email. Transit time can vary depending on carrier. Typically, we choose the fastest and most cost effective way to get your items to you. If you have a shipping preference, email us at orders@lindenmere.market to see if we can accommodate that request.
If your tracking shows that your order was delivered, but you did not receive that package, we ask that you file a claim with the carrier noted in your email confirmation. We are unable to refund delivered packages and appreciate your understanding regarding this matter.
Sizing
Sizing can be a tricky thing! All brands seem to have their own scale, don't they? We try to disclose how we think the sizing runs on our items, especailly if a particular piece is a rule breaker. As a general rguideline use the scale below for sizing reference:

Defective Merchandise
We understand that merchandise sometimes doesn't last as long as we want it to. Bracelets break, lightbulbs dim, it shrunk in the dryer, hardware wears out… We are happy to work together with you when merchandise is not functioning as it should at the time of purchase. We carefully inspect our merchandise upon arrival to the store, as it's on the shelf, and again when you check out and we pack it for you. We will often mark down imperfect merchandise and disclose flaws before you buy it. Please only initiate a defective return request if you believe the damage couldn't be from the general wear and tear of life.
