Online Purchases

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and an original receipt or gift receipt must accompany the return request. No Exceptions.

  • Items must be unworn, sealed (if applicable), unwashed, unaltered, fragrance free, and in original condition with all tags attached. We have the right to refuse any return that is not in its original condition.
  • Products damaged in shipment should be reported immediately by emailing orders@lindenmere.market. Please attach photos of the damages and the original shipment packaging for us to contact our carrier. We will find a solution together.
  • All promotionally discounted and sale items are final sale.
  • Online returns are eligible for refund upon return, less shipping costs and sales tax. Please allow 5 Business Days upon receipt for Lindenmere Market to process your return. Refunds will be returned to the original method of payment.
  • Online returns may be made In-Store or shipped to Lindenmere Market at the expense of the Customer.
  • Defective merchandise will be handled on a case by case basis to determine if the defect occurred in shipment.
  • Returns over $100 will incur a 5% fee, deducted from the return amount.
  • Christmas exceptions are made annually for return timeline. Please contact the store directly at shop@lindenmere.market or 302-337-3737 for more information.

Ineligible items for return include fragrances, foods, beauty products, and candles.

Note: Shipping back items that did not meet the eligibility criteria listed above does not guarantee a return for refund. It will be the Customer’s responsibility to pick-up or pay to re-ship their items not accepted for return. Re-shipping costs will vary and include new shipping costs, time and materials.
